There are personality types that a person can bring to an organization. Looking at these types of personalities can be detrimental to the type of behavior that a person brings to the organization as a leader or even as a person that is taking orders. Some people might look at rewards and promotions as a motivation to do better which is a big part of their personality type. There are a lot of key factors that can play a role in how behavior works in an organization. It is important to understand the personalities of employees because it helps determine the working relationships between everybody because there could be some similarities and non-similarities amongst people. So by taking the Pearson Prentice Hall Self-Assessment test itself determine that my personality trait was ENFP, which is different from that of the Typology test that I took. By taking the test I found out that my preference is for informal, humanistic, flexible, and innovative cultures, which is more likely to find in high tech companies, small business, research units, or advertising agencies. In my leadership level my personality trait will best used for a publicist or research assistant. I will provide examples of what I learned about myself and how it will help me grow in a career field.

..., I tend to be an inspiration. I am always looking for ways to inspire to someone do their best. As such, I talk to people in a way to get them to understand that they can accomplish anything that they put their minds to. There is no higher calling for us as human beings other than to bring glory to God through the person of Jesus Christ, who now reigns as our High Priest. Our lives are to be lived sacrificially, in which we say “no” to our old sinful tendencies, and say “yes” to the will of God in our lives (Fischer, 2006). You cannot fully understand organizational behavior until you understand how unique individuals made in God’s image were made to interact with one another (Fischer, 2006). The Holy Spirit work in my life in way that with Fischer said that I had to understand how God’s will work in me to be able to take my weakness and turn them into strengths.
