Personality tests tell a person a lot about why a person is who they have become. I believe that these test if taken truthfully can identify deficiencies that individuals can work on to benefit not only themselves but others in the organizations that they work in. Some models state that it is in human nature and chemicals that decided how a person acts but I believe it is based on life experiences and a personality can change as long as a person knows the deficiencies and works to change them.

Personality Test
Taking a personality test is something that I have had to do a few times. First in college while going for my bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, then while attending Airman Leadership School, and finally for this class. Taking these test all three times I have received similar if not the same results so I think that I have answered these truthful each time. Some of the tests that were required for this class were more in depth, taking 82 sub test in total, I learned a lot more about myself. First thing that I learned about myself that I had not previously known is my basic personality type.

While some of these were not that much of a surprise to me, I was kind of shocked at my emotional stability score. From these scores the next test gave me my Jungian 16-type personality, which was the same as the first personality test I took for project 1, ENTJ. According to Jung, “ENTJ stands for Extravert, iNt...

Conclusion
While everyone has their own personality I believe that it can be changed as long as the individual is willing to work on the deficiencies of a personality. Being an ENTJ I have to be aware that I need work in the emotional category of my personality the most. While I myself am emotional stable I do lack feeling empathy and I am to task oriented. Weakness do not have to remain weakness and can be changed. I think personalities are made, shaped, and are ever changing. No person is locked into a specific behavior unless they admit defeat and do nothing to work/change their deficiencies.
