1.A. Personality Test My result of the Kiersey Temperament Sorter II was Guardian. They described a guardian as having natural talent in managing goods and services. Also that Guardians can have fun with their friends but still are serious about their responsibilities. Guardians are also practical and down to earth, they believe in following the rules. Guardians also tend to like schedules. After reading the results, I found it to accurately describe me. I love schedules and having everything written on my calendar. The purpose of this analysis is to identify my personality type, temperament, and how it relates to my behavior and success in the workplace. The first phase of this paper is to identify my four letter personality type using the Jung Typology Test which is based on Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers personality type theory (Jung Typology Test, 2016). I will also discuss where I fall within Keirsey’s Temperaments; this personality typing combines two of the four sets of preferences in to four distinct temperament categories (Personalitypage, 2015a). Keirsey identified four basic temperaments known as Guardian, Rational, Artisan, and Idealist (Keirsey, n.d.). I will explain each of the four letters of my type and provide specific examples of how they relate to me in both a professional and personal level. In the final phase I will discuss my personality strengths and weaknesses and how I can use the assessment for overall personal growth.

Topic 1: My results on the Kiersey Temperament Sorter came back as Guardian, and for the Myers-Briggs, Personality Quiz came back as ISFJ. I learned from taking the Keirsey Temperament Sorter and the Myers-Briggs Personality Quiz many things, like that Guardians actually make up 40 to 45 percent of the world's population and I came back as 66 percent introvert, 6 percent sensing, percent feeling, and 6 percent judging. I believe both of my results are correct in many ways. Guardians are fun, yet serious people and believe in the following tradition. ” Temperament is a configuration of observable personality traits, such as habits of communication, patterns of action, and sets of characteristic attitudes, values, and talents” (Keirsey). Everybody in the world has their own personality traits, after taking the Keirsey temperament I discovered what my personality traits are, and it even broke it down for me. My test results are introverted, sensor, feeler, judgers (ISFJ) each person has their own test results that describe them, but these are made just for me.
The positive feedback provided me with things my respondents believe I should continue doing. Some respondents noted that I am confident and motivated. The results also showed that my respondents think I am efficient. Another response was that I adapt to change well. Other words like cheerful, encouraging and fun to be around were some of the positive responses received. Great communication is also something noted that I should continue to do. My responses showed that I am a hard worker. According to the respondents of the survey, I am a good listener and very supportive of others. These responses helped to boost my confidence because they helped me to know that there are things that I am good at and things that I should continue doing. It is also nice to known that people notice little things about you that are positive.
