Since childhood, my parents taught me one important rule: “Be good and kind. Be brave enough to say no to any situation which hinders these qualities in you”. I strictly follow this. In this same article, “How measure life”, the author gives an example of how he stood strong and did not go beyond his life rules. Similar situation occurred at my workplace. Once due to our team’s (Product development team) mistake the product launch was stopped and my manager tried to escape the situation by blaming other team (Product packaging team). Even the team was quite as it was not affecting them. But one of our team members (Sai Kumar), stood up, accepted the mistake and tried hard to get the product working and delivered the code on time. The higher management appreciated his guts and commitment. This incident had a great impact on me. Since then I set some rules and metrics for having a successful and happy
I found that I enjoyed work most when I was in a team, which is something that I did not expect since I’m an introvert who hates group projects. Nonetheless, I have loved my jobs where I am working alongside my coworkers and having them push me creatively and in my work ethic; it also just makes work more fun. Correspondingly, I have hated every job where I have not felt challenged, as well as, jobs where I have been patronized regularly by my supervisors. In addition to this, I also found that I prefer the social, realistic, and enterprising people-environments; the social environment surprised me, but the description of it as, “people who are bent on trying to help, teach, or serve people” is exactly what I came to realize I want. After brainstorming and finishing Bolles’ questions, I discovered that my ideal career would be in small organization, where the coworkers collaborate closely; it would be in a city with a sizeable population of people my age, where craft products and small businesses are flourishing. Likewise, the organization would be focused on providing a service that gives back to those in the community, hopefully combatting the cycle of poverty. In the organization, I would like to be coordinating people or events, and doing other behind-the-scenes duties that keep the whole place running. As far as

Success can be an extremely broad subject. There is an abounding amount of different views on what the “true” definition of success is. Personally, I believe that success is finding happiness. Success is waking up in the morning and not having to worry about whether or not the bills are going to be paid this month. Success is having a job that you enjoy going to every day. Success is having friends and family who love and support you. Success does not mean that one has to be exceedingly rich or have a lakeside mansion. As long as they are happy, they have succeeded in life.
When you use your skills and talents and achieve your dreams, then you have definitely succeeded.
If you're looking to define success, first define your priorities and passions. What did you want to be when you grew up as a child? What were your goals in college? Are you using your degree? Why or why not? Oftentimes, people fall into a career path and lose track of their true passions and interests. Conversely, people who feel stressed over their career feel successful when they realize their work truly reflects their passion. Do not fear change. Sometimes, defining one's passions can help with a personal definition of success. Acknowledging what you're doing in

Although I am a hard worker, I do enjoy having fun and trying new things. I am always looking for a new artist to see live or a new restaurant to eat at. I try to travel and go to festivals as much as my wallet permits me to. I strongly believe doing what is considered fun to you is when you are most present and happy. Artisans are competitive, impulsive, and adaptable. They are also too nice for their own good. Generosity and compassion are my favorite traits about myself however, at times I find it can only put me in a bad position or out of luck. Artisans also don’t enjoy being confined. They do what they want, when they want. Here again, I see the results to be very in line with my personality. I do not enjoy being bound down. I like to think for myself and do what I want to do. This definitely relates to more of the relationships in my life. Lastly, the ideal job for me would be a job where I have the freedom to “gather observations, collections of facts, and set of skills in order to do your work.” Overall, I found my results to be very on point with my actually personality. It was a tad creepy however amusing to read and relate
