You will need to write a full paragraph of approximately 200 words.
I researched my topic on the internet and read through different articles about the relationship between parental responsibility and delinquents in juvenile in google. I made small refinements by removing certain words and changing the key words around in order to find appropriate materials for the topic. They are not many things that changed, but some of the things were not writing the entire question on google in order to find the information, but instead breaking down questions and highlighting keywords. I would change key words to synonyms that mean the same thing that way I can broaden my search. I have learned that I can find the information easily if I break down the question and just choose the keywords. As well as reading a wide range of materials to get different opinions and aspects of the issue.

... contributes to children committing crimes and gives them “different ideas about discipline”. The Counter argument is that parents are not responsible for the crimes of their children. My rebut argument is that parents are responsible for the crimes of their children because they are the ones that they spend most of their time with. Parents should not blame the schools or teachers for their actions when they spend only 11% of their life in school. This ideas and counter argument relates to my essay because the family structure idea supports my argument and parents not responsible for the child’s crimes is my counter argument.

Answer the following questions with information you learned in the document , your book, and through Internet research:
Juvenile Delinquency is a complicated subject because researchers and scholars have tried different methods to reduce it. Research shows that the methods which have had better results are those that are implemented in a way where the family of the juveniles gets involved in the process (Laub, 2014). A policy that will be advocated is the policy in the city of Santa Ana, CA: The Santa Ana Police Athletic and Academic League (SAPAAL). If we want to reduce delinquency and crime then we should focus on prevention rather than intervention. There is not one theory that explains why people commit crime, on the contrary, there are multiple well-known theories that argue for different explanations of delinquency. As learned through lectures

Social structure theory supports this idea by stating that crime results due to an individual 's location within the structure of a society. I don 't believe that this is strictly a criminal justice problem. I feel that educators, especially, have a big role in talking to kids and being a role model for them to look up to. Since kids spend most of their day at school, the teachers are going to leave a lasting impression on these kids. If a teacher seems to not care about one of their students, that student might act out in class and at
In this section, the links between parental education levels and their children’s violent behavior at school will be discussed.
In the writing process of assignment 4, I found that 2 things are really useful. Firstly, when I have no idea about the topic, it is good to look through materials given. Secondly, how to search for sources and give credit to them.

write about for the topic. It is all right to change the subject many times if I absolutely have to.
Where will I end up? That was the question that ran through my head as a high school student athlete at least a hundred times a day. I knew and was told that I had the natural talent and the work ethic to get to the college level, to play football. It all started my freshmen year, my first year organized football at my high school Grosse Pointe North. Where I was just messing around one day before practice kicking the football around. The kicking coach had taken notice and told me that I had the natural talent and leg strength to become a solid and well-developed place kicker. I had then earned the starting job by my first ever career football game, and have made a great career out of it so far, and hope to keep it going.

Parents need to take responsibility for their child’s action. Parents need to stop caring what others are going to think if their child needs mental health care. They cannot put the blame and responsibility on the mental healthcare professionals. They should not expect it, to be up to the mental healthcare system to discipline their children. Teen suicide is a problem everywhere, not just in schools or small towns or just those kids with problems or one parent households.
However, not all parents can monitor, reduce and choose what their child does on a daily basis, it is the child that must make the decision. Although parents instill rules upon their children and have high expectations for them, many factors influence the change in behavior. Therefore, parents should not be held responsible for the crimes of their children because the strong influence from their social environment causes change in their state of mind, children are developing immaturely and placing laws only takes the blame game too
In my research, I want to attempt to explain the effects that family structure has on juvenile delinquency and find a method to prevent the problems from happening in the future. This topic is interesting because most kids are born with a family, it does not have to be biological it can also be a guardian. With that said the first thing that kids learn is what their parents teach and show them so is like a monkey see monkey do effect. If some parents are troubled in the household this can transfer a major affect on the kids who have to witness this abuse. In some cases it is hard for the parents to take care of their child because of the lifestyle situation. They might be working every hour of the day to maintain the family or they could be sick. Either way these types of problems should be taken into consideration in trying to find a solution for parents and kids to have time for each other.
As a parent, I have spent a great deal of time observing the behavior, motivation, and thought processes of my children. As they mature these processes have changed, and it has been fascinating to watch. I have learned a great deal on the limits of self control in the adolescent mind during this time, and I believe that families should be held responsible for crimes committed by their teenagers.
