Organic Vs. Non-Organic Foods: Hardly a Difference

Just because foods are locally grown does not mean they magically have super nutritional qualities and scrumptious tastes. Also, it's proven that there is not a nutritional difference between conventionally grown foods and organic foods. Organic does not mean quality, as it can look like and have the same superb taste as non-organic foods. Hundreds of studies and scientists researching have discovered that there is not a substantial difference between organic and non-organic food, therefore it is a waste of money. Adding to this, some argue that organic food is grown at levels surpassing conventionally grown food. Because although organic food is a growing market, it is not healthier than non-organic food for numerous reasons being; there is no evidence of superior nutritional content, it tastes the same, and is more costly, making it not worth the extra money. Overall, organic food and farming doesn't have the benefits and exceptional outcomes as it is perceived to have and empirical data proves this statement.
In addition, the contrary of what actors and other famous people have been preaching, organic food is not more nutritional than non-organic. Alan D. Dangour, Elizabeth Allen, Karen Lock are lecturers, and Ridardo Uauay is a professor at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and this group of scientists didn't find any significant differences in nutrition between organic and conventionally grown food. Contemplating the provided data and facts results in the final conclusion of non-organic being the most justified choice between the two. Concluding from hundreds of studies done there is no substantial nutritional value benefits in organic food. Organic food truly has no benefits that back up the hype and most of the “facts” about it are just preconceived opinions and achingly biased. Because although organic food is a growing market, it is not more wholesome than non-organic food for numerous reasons being; there is no evidence of superior nutritional content, it tastes the same, and is more costly, making it not worth the extra money. Overall, buying non-organic food is seemingly the best choice due to the logical and valid evidence.
