North America still holds pole position in terms of revenue both for the company and the global advertising industry. Nevertheless, economic volatility in the American markets which affects the growth, interest rates and currency exchange rates could negatively affect the future financial position of the company. The rise of consumerism in other world regions like the Asia-Pacific presents a great opportunity especially considering the increase in the region’s population. Also, the growth of African countries, with most of them realising the middle-income status provides a booming class of citizens with a will to spend. Hence for WRSX to compete with the already set up low-cost service providers in these areas it needs to consider possible mergers and acquisitions. This provides the advantages of economies of scale and reduction in set-up costs. In furtherance to this strategy the company should endeavour to understand the Muslim culture and its beliefs and incorporate it into their strategy since the Muslim community accounts for more than a quarter of the global population.
With the advent of the digital age, it has become increasingly popular especially propagated by the deepenedmass access to internet. This has led to the growth of on-demand content, and the development of digital mediums has greatly redefined the structure of the industry. Therefore, WRSX has to embrace these new developments if they are to remain relevant in the industry.
For the external environment, WRSX has good grasp of the aspects that contribute to its progress. These include it ability to comprehensively understand its market, and has a great score in innovation and creativity indices. Nonetheless, the l...

Additionally, due to the evolving advertising industry the skills of the employees may be rendered obsolete, thus, continuous training is advised.
In conclusion, standardisation of operating policies and management procedures could reduce cases of sub-standard reporting systems which may result from contradictory processes. Also the employees need to be actively motivated by integrating team-building exercises into the company’s operations. Additional the relationship between WRSX and its supplies should be strengthened which will increase synergy and enhance loyalty and exchange of information. All this will reduce bottlenecks in the organization resulting in increased shareholder wealth.
