Obesity in America is a very serious problem affecting many Americans currently and is a problem that continues to grow each year. “Over the past 40 years, the prevalence of obesity has more than doubled in the United States” (Wimalawansa). This issue is known to many but believed not be an issue to care much about but this is not true. Obesity in America affects everyone regardless if they are obese or not. In order to resolve the problem, we can slaughter all the adults that are currently obese in America.
The first advantage of solving the issue this way is it can reduce the rate of world hunger. World hunger is defined as the mass starvation around the globe. World hunger consists of starvation, dehydration, and lack of necessary nutrition and food supply in all countries. “It is estimated that some 800 million people in the world suffer from hunger and malnutrition, about 100 times as many as those who actually die from it each year.” (The World Hunger Problem: Facts, Figures and Statistics) this problem is a huge concern and needs to be stop immediately. So slaughtering all the adults that are currently obese in America to stop world hunger could not be any better of an idea. The way this will be possible is by being resourceful after slaughtering the obese adult. What they will need to do in order to accomplish this is first understand the amazing opportunity that have to feed the people in other countries that are in need of nourishment. Instead of just throwing away the lifeless body of the obese adult or just letting it lie around just anywhere and decompose where it will be no help to anyone or anything. The people that are hired to kill the obese adults should just keep the bodies and find a way to shred up the obese person’s body in order to be able to make fertilizer. The use of the fertilizer will then be to fertilize the crops in other countries as well as parts of America that are in desperate need of nourishment. The human fertilizers will not only help the produce grow just as any other fertilizer does but it will do so at astonishing speeds that have never been seen before, for the reason that no fertilizer has ever been made before out of human remains. Once the produce is grown to the point that is great enough to be consumed the crops will then be managed and maintained by adults that are currently obese but have not been slaughter yet due to the fact they are willing to be worked to death.

By making the obese manage and maintain the crops will not only be beneficial in the sense that it will be filling a job that no one of a normal body mass index would be willing to do but also if the worker happens to die on the job it will not matter, it will actually be beneficial because they were wanted dead anyways. Once workers pick the crops they will then be given to another set of obese adults that are willing to be worked to death. The next set of obese adults will pack and ship the produce off to parts of America as well as other countries that are in desperate need of food and nourishment. The people in need of the food can then enjoy a delicious meal instead of starving to death. Within several months of doing this world hunger should be reduce dramatically.
The second advantage of solving the problem with obesity in America by slaughtering all the adults that are currently obese would be now no one has to look at the fat and ugly obese people anymore. The reason this is even an issue in the first place is because everything you do in America or most the people you see when you do out in the public is obesity or overweight. “More than one-third of U.S. adults (35.7%) are obese.” (Adult Obesity Facts). Now days people can’t even sit in their own house and watch TV without seeing an obesity person on every other commercial. Whether they see a picture on a commercial talking about how much weight that person has lost by doing a special type of diet and how they look now or whether it be a commercial for a weight lose show, such as, The Biggest Loser. Obese people are everywhere and seem to be taking over America which is the reason why they need to be slaughtered.
The third and final advantage of slaughtering all the adults that are currently obese in America is it will reduce the cost of health care in America for all the other adults that are known to have a normal body mass index. The reason for this is “Obesity has now become a critically important issue facing more than 40% of Americans and has become a major burden on the American health care system.”(Wimalawansa). The way obesity has become a major burden on the American health care system is because it is know that a person that is obesity has more of a chance of developing a serious health illness than an adult that is known to have a normal body mass index. Some of the serious health illnesses that an obese person could develop would be a coronary heart disease, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, certain cancers, and premature death. With that said it is obvious to realize that the medical cost for a person that is obese is an abundant amount. “The estimated annual medical cost of obesity in the U.S. was $147 billion in 2008 U.S. dollars; the medical costs for people who are obese were $1,429 higher than those of normal weight.”(Adult Obesity Facts). Since people that are obese have such high medical cost and are a major burden on American health care they would have to repay for all of the money they have used over the years. A great way of doing this would be to take some of the obese bodies that are not being used for fertilizer and use them for science. By doing this the bodies will be used for examining the human body in order for scientist to be able to learn more about the inside of a human body that they do not already know. Another way this solution to the problem will reduce the cost of health care is by using the obese adults that would put of being slaughter by volunteering to become a test subject for new drugs. Some of the drugs they will be testing would be find a cure to diabetes in young children, new ways to cure the flu, and many other drugs. This job will not only be life threating but also a task that involves much pain. Which is why the obese people will have to do it instead of a person with a normal body mass index. The way testing new drugs on obese adults would be beneficial in trying to reduce the cost of health care would because it would save a lot of money. The health care system would not have to pay an individual to test new drugs on because the person that is obese would be free to run test on because they are just lucky to be alive. Also, in the case that the test subject is killed the health care system would be saving a great deal of money. This would be because if it were a human with a normal body mass index that were to die then health care system would have to pay for the mistake they made by killing their test subject or even if it was just a rat that the test was being ran on the system would still have to pay for the rats to be replaced. Were as the obese person will always be free and will never cost the system any money.
A real solution to this issue of obesity in America would be to educate the youth of the importance of proper eating habits and exercise. The reason why this would be an excellence way of eliminating the problem of obesity in America would be because part of the problem of why there are so many obese adults in America now is because they were not educated properly prior in becoming obese. But if that does not end up working then everyone that is over one hundred pounds should be slaughter because they are just stupid.
