Likewise, food intake is one of the most significant elements when talking about overweight and obesity. Besides this, the human body demands to execute some kind of physical activities in order to preserve a healthy condition. When neglecting to manage this, more repercussions appear. In addition, it has been shown that physical inactivity in conjunction with other recreational activities highly guarantee weight gain. To say the least, “Physical inactivity and watching TV have been shown to be the risk factors for childhood obesity” (Albaladejo et al. 4). A combination of two or more factors have appeared to be one of the most risky causes of obesity and overweight. Likewise, Yeasmin, who is a Biochemistry professor at the Ibrahim Medical College, says that overweight is an epidemical problem, and obesity is as well a vast impact on the physical and social welfare of adults in the future. She expresses that computer use, watching TV, less physical action, and family factors are significant risk factors for obesity (Yeasmin et al. 57). ...he American students. On the other hand, the risk of suffering obesity or overweight can be prevented only if healthy eating ways are taught to children. This will allow students to know what can damage their health when college time arises. It is equally important to understand that there must be a connection between physical activities and eating ways; both play an important role in protecting teenagers from suffering of these diseases. Therefore, if a student does not live in appropriate economic conditions, but holds a physical routine that helps him or her get away from obesity and overweight; it will be easier to control these diseases. Finally, eating ways and physical activities are personal choices, which will dictate a student’s future. The most recommendable choice is to get away from what damages the body and keep in touch with what makes it feel better.
