Is there any healthiest diet for most people? Obesity, an overload body fat on a human body that would lead the person into a critical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart issues and breathing problems. Obesity has become a major issue around 1980s, where most people started to work in an office as a desk job, which reduce the mobility and the convenient fast food has driven the body into another term of overweight, obese. Obesity can mostly be seen in the first world countries such as US and Germany, most of them aged between 12-19 years old. The adolescents intake exceeded amount of energy they needed from eating junk foods and paying more time on electronic devices such as tv, smart phone and pc gaming. Many parents have started to notice the problem and tried different way to stop the consequences, however it was too late by the time they reached the obesity level. The doctor recommendation about losing fat is mostly base on exercises and eating less, however, recent experts point out that a healthy diet can solve the majority of the obesity since human body are being fuelled by food. The healthiest diet plan can be make base on the daily routine and the amount of food intake, the diet plan can be focused on 3 main points, eat in a proper way, stay hydrate in a proper way and sleep in a proper time.
Eating, is known as the most important energy intake for every human since the beginning of the human civilization. People in the recent has intake too much energy beyond their body can be absorbed, to balance the body fat, consume the same number of calories that the body burns over time, and weight stay stable(“Foot and Diet”). Further, everyone with different age has different sleep circulation, such as, a teenagers need around eight to ten hours of sleep to to complete the circulation while adult need seven to nine hours. Interestingly, a nap during day time even help to restore the energy before starting afternoon work, a nap should not be longer than 15 to 30 minutes. A good sleep will also provide a great metabolism and physical features that link with eat and drink.
Eventually, a proper diet plan for everyone can be emphasized base on nutritious taking , drinking and enough resting. An excellent diet plan require a person to follow strictly in order to gain a healthy result. However, following the diet plan forever can be stressful, in that case, cheating can be acceptable. A temporary cheating with friends and family once in a while can even be more helpful for the diet schedule.
