In the event that nurses are not paid more, people will no longer remain interested in becoming a nurse. Working in pajamas sufficiently is not of a motivating force, and the lack of regard in correlation to the appreciation doctors get is not empowering for the nursing field either. There is one thing that we should all keep in mind that the field of nursing is the field of affection and love. Scholars until now have not been able to agree on the single definition of nurse. To some it is love and in many ways, it is correct. In every way, they try to take care of the patients and sometimes when someone is sick; they need someone to talk and crave love. A nurse not only helps patients but along with patients, they help their families to heal as well. I am sure if we will keep these things in mind, this will help us to respect them
