On the first week of the study, researchers shall explain to the students the nature and objectives of the study, how the researchers intend to use the data and the secure storage and accessibility of the data. Students’ consent is required before data collection commences. Thereafter, students shall fill the VARK and Big Five questionnaires in the classroom on the first week of the study. ...asured using VARK questionnaire developed by Neil, D. Fleming (Fleming, 2006). Learning styles are classified as Visual, Aural, Reading/Writing and Kinesthetic/Tactile. The Big Five for late childhood and adolescence is used to measure students’ personality (Barbaranelli, C. et al., 2003). The five dimensions of human personality are Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism. Finally, faculty participations and peer supports in the Faculty Learning Community are documented via focus group interview questions (Wicks et al., 2015). The focus is on peer support, accountability of monthly meetings and online support as well as planning and documentation.

Four of these questionnaires (VARK, Big Five, Community of Inquiry Survey and Blended Course Student Survey) shall be pilot tested in the local settings to re-establish their reliability.
