Introduction
Under the most recent national mandates of the No Child Left behind Act (NCLBA) (Bush, 2001) and the newly reauthorized Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEIA), schools must bring virtually all students to the proficient level of being educated according to the behavioral make-up. Schools are expected to meet these challenges by hiring qualified teachers who are well trained to educate students. In March of 2010, the Obama Administration sent to Congress a reform amendment of the public schools act, No Child Left Behind, to help close some achievement gap. The President has called on Congress to fix the laws to help prepare all students for college and career readiness.
One solution that might assist Obama and Congress is the ability to realize the diverse types of learning styles and all students do not test well under pressure. A student with behavioral issues might not be able to sit thought an entire lesson, so what’s the next step? Send the child out the classroom or retain the child in the classroom? As for, test taking maybe giving small portions of the tests on Fridays starting after the New Years can assist with all students. This project relates to concerns in numerous educational styles to students of average, talented & gifted, special learning, and environmental structures behavioral patterns such as, teachers, performance, policy, and practice.

...all learners. This act was aimed at reducing test, educational socioeconomic and racial differences for all students to level academics concerning non-discriminatory lessons. NCLBA also levels academic fields for Per Ks’ & Kindergarten students by providing funding and activities for below school grade children. It is believed that an increase in pre-school & head-start programs could close up a 20% gap in school readiness (Magnuson & Waldfogel, 2005).
In conclusion, socialization and communication might have a lot to do with positive & high performance in some personal behaviors. Practicing value of culture in education should help any student achieve. Failing in assignments & bad performance is something a teacher should pick up and address right away. I would say more research and study is still need in teaching styles of multi-diverse educating for all teachers.
