During the advance of technology, the importance of information is getting more and more important right now. People can get information from anywhere at anytime. That is why people spend a lot of money and time about to create or exhibition advertising. For those advertisement, which be filled with human’s life, have a great positive influence on society. They are not only bringing convenience and commercial profit to human’s lives, but advertisements also do a good job as public service advertising; however, advertising should under supervision or control by government and human ethical standards, therefore the impact of advertising effects negative-side at other times .
The worst disadvantage of advertising is which cheating consumers. The cheating forms of advertisement are diverse. The first trick form of publicizing is called illusory demands false “needs”. Obviously, the meaning of it is that companies create an unnecessary goods, and trade it as a necessary product. Michael LÖwy, research director in sociology, in his article Advertising is an “Serious Health Threat” --to the Environment stated, “Advertising plays an essential role in the production of consumerist demand by inventing false ‘needs’ and by stimulating the formation of compulsive consumption habits, totally violating the conditions for the maintenance of planetary ecological equilibrium.” In this kind of jugglery, advertising is an indispensable tool to use.
