I have had to think long and hard on how to propose the hot dog, which will be in a market dominated by the hamburger. I needed to assure that this planning reached the company goals and objectives while they are executed professionally to reach the potential of the company. I have brainstormed this idea and fully synthesized the important data points associated with the current and future profit of this company. I have viewed this idea from the different perspectives of the entire organization. I have thought about the benefits of the proposal, and they will outweigh the implications to execute the plan at hand. My strategic plan will guide the company to the future, full potential of this business, while my tactical plan will introduce marketing development to introduce the Hot Dog in our market. Then the operational plan will focus on sales that will continue to boost, ultimately profiting the company as a whole.
