This project is basically for knowing more of myself. The purpose of undertaking this project in the course of Leadership in an Organization is to understand my personality type as per Myer Briggs test indicator, which will in a way help me to become a better leader in future. I undertook the MBTI test online and got resulted as ENTJ (Extroversion, Intuition, Thinking, and Judgement). The exact opposite to my personality type will be ISFP (Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, and Perception/Judgement). Now let’s understand both these personalities and how the people having the opposite personality can affect me.
ENTJ – Well, people with such personality are leader and aggressive for their ideas, impatient by nature and has strong desires and are also a good problem solver. They are detailed oriented and finds the loopholes of the processes/procedures and tries to fix them. They are frank and honest and influential and always ready to become a leader. They believe in preplanning, creating strategy, aiming high, and are well equipped with knowledge. They are very creative and loves to expand their knowledge and skills to share with others. While explaining their ideas and goals, they are bit aggressive with nature and also convincing. Others feel that they have had been into a battle situation while having conversation with ENTJ, while ENTJ feels like a normal discussion. They don’t like slow pace and anything that is preventing to achieve the goal. They are very energetic and carry positive attitude and believe in improvement in all areas throughout the life. I want to let the world know the true meaning of nothing is impossible. I want to be a great contributor to humanity and being human and destroy the religion boundaries. I want to make people learn to give more than to take and enjoy the pleasure in it.
Looking into my professional career, I see myself somewhere in the top management position from where I have control over things and implement my ideas and influence the people. My vision is to achieve excellence in customer service and make it a benchmark for the industry I will be working with. In a way, I want to be a giver to the world in any form with my vision and my ideas and want to contribute as much as I can with the help of my team.
