Jung Typology Test
I have previously taken personality tests in the past but with little thought or importance placed behind them. However, this changed with a better understanding in how awareness of personality type enter-twines with communication and how we interact with others. This specific study provides four different character traits that describe my personality which I will include with my “Christian World View”. After taking the test online (which was put together by a psychological study done by Carl G. ...l to understand these personality types in my life, in others, or in the Corporate world as a whole. If I can learn these differences and manage accordingly. “any individual is perfectly capable of succeeding at any job. But Typewatching can provide the insights that can increase the odds for success.” (Kroeger, 2002, p. 286)
Knowing my strengths and weaknesses can be a strong tool if used correctly. For example, I know that I am an Extravert, Sensor, Feeler and Judging Type person. Knowing this about myself, I understand that it is not wise for me to place myself in a corporate environment that have a lot of unorganized situations or in secluded projects away from people. I thrive more within an organization that has an organized format and places me around people. This awareness can help me thrive, enjoy my work and excel in environments that support my strengths.
