Life can be summed up by one Miley Cyrus saying, “Nobody is perfect.” This saying can be seen in every person, no one is the best possible version of himself or herself, but they can strive to achieve their best. In order to try and reach the best version of yourself, you have to know your strength, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats. If you can identify these areas you can see where improvements are needed, and know how to use your strengths to help move further toward goals in life. Finding your strength, weaknesses, possible opportunities, and threats are known as a SWOT analysis, and I will be doing an analysis of myself. I would say my strengths are getting my goal setting and my problem solving ability. Weakness would include public speaking and verbal/nonverbal communication; these have been weaknesses for way too long. Opportunities would include, my strategic planning and working with other leadership styles. Threats would include by stress and time management; these make it hard for me to get my work done. All together these make up my SWOT analysis and know I’m going to talk in depth about all these factors.

I like to pride myself on the fact that I get problems or dilemmas solved on time and usually above expectations. This can be contributed to my organization skills and drive to be the best in school and in life. Now I’m not perfect, but nine times out of ten this is my character and my distinguishing factor. A good example for this would be when working on projects, papers and activities that I’m participating in. I was in the Technology Student Association for 3 years in high school, and Preside...

... this very moment in time. It’s hard for me to do because watching Parks and Recreation on Netflix is hard to detach yourself from, but I have to or else I fail. That would be a good motivator to get work done sooner and manage stress after my work is done.
In conclusion, as seen from my SWOT analysis I’m not perfect, and not always on time to Peer Advisor meetings. Now that I have actual talked and analyzed my weaknesses and threats I’m a little bit more equipped to handle them or get rid of them. Now that I also look at these threats and weaknesses in starting to see that they are not life ending, but just a hiccup that I can work through and get over. I’m also starting to see that this paper is a lot easier to write than the anthropology paper. Overall, I think my SWOT analysis will help me and I could use this in the future to help try and reach my perfect form.
