During my adolescent stage was good for my future development as a young person. Growing up was difficult with my mother and grandma helping to raise me. I had a bad attitude and had a hard time controlling my temper all through my teenage years. Through many situations of trying to help me, my grandma enlightened me with the perfect thought process method. She would say “think before you react”. Her words were powerful to me and also the start of my growth as a better person in life. I had so many struggles in my life from puberty and to learning about how life works. You know as a young adolescent you think you have all the answers and nobody can tell you a thing about how life works that is truly a false statement to feel and think. As long as you living I learn you never stop learning about life, you gain knowledge to become wise and continue to be starving for more lessons to learn about life that is how you improve as a person by embracing growth in new knowledge. Meaning, my number one suspect goes out to reality shows such as Love & Hip Hop and Basketball Wives. The two shows are arguably the most popular shows to watch in their respective genre. But also the women on these shows degrades women at all levels but young women across the US look up to these reality TV female stars not because of how they act but the material possession the star has. For example, it a lady named Draya on Basketball wives and she wears Armani Dresses and has every designer bag there is to have but she was never married to an NBA player or they never said if she ever went to college to get her education. My main point is that she is a woman who has the perfect body image that females envy and she is not the perfect role model for fellow
