When I was in middle school I thought life was just full of joy and I really did not have anything to worry about. I thought the people that I associated with in middle school would be here forever. I had life all planned out for me and my friends, going to the same high school together, homecoming, prom and graduating together till September 27, 2010 came. When that day came realization hit me making me learn that life I not going to be about joy but it going to also be some down falls in life. This is the reason why you should cherish the people you have in your life. August 18th, 2009 was my first year of middle school at Howell L. Most 6th graders at Howell L. Watkins had the same classes so I saw the same people every day going into my 1st period class Mrs. E math class which I can’t stand math, I thought the class was going to be horrible but then I met some friends Sheyenne, Karriahna, Nakia. Diane, T’erica and emerald bringing joy to the class they always kept a big smile on their faces making me believe everything was going to be okay especially in that math class cause let’s just say the math teacher we had was nuts. Days went by and every day we grew closer meeting each other in the court yard, in the cafeteria for breakfast, playing in the hallway; life was good till the next year came. The next school year approach fast, walking into the big tan gates as 7th graders made us feel like we owned the school even though we had a new principal Dr. Sheffield things change she was more tough on us then our last principal but we still manage to have fun just not
