Describing oneself is always a confusing task, since a person does not know what qualities to bring up first, and it is a human nature to present oneself in a best possible way, even though the person can be not completely honest about some information. However, in this paper, I will do my best to describe myself as truthfully as it could be done.
I was born in Belarus, a small country in the Eastern Europe. Although there are two official languages – Belarusian and Russian – in my country, I have to admit that expressing myself clearly in Russian is much easier for me than in Belarusian. Hence, this is a primary reason that all my diaries were kept in Russian. My first diary was started in a high school. At first, it had been purely an idea of my Russian teacher, however later, describing my day became my hobby. Unfortunately, since college I started skipping writing my journal, and now I write only when I travel, because only at these times I feel that there is something I would like to remember and reread afterwards.
