In my family, there have always been things that were plainly understood to be true about us as a whole. These internal rumors about our family are widely accepted and often a main topic of conversation. If you’re in our family, you had better watch out, because you have a high chance of cancer, and high blood pressure. If you’re on my father 's side, you have to worry about diabetes. More positive rumors my family has started for itself are that we are extremely musically inclined as a family, or that we have quite a few teachers. These are generally expressed via being unsurprised when one of our members goes into a profession in one of these fields, or has a deep interest in music or education. Musical affinity, the first trait which I chose for this category was quite an easy go-to. There is such a perceived musical presence in my family that I expected quite a large trend to emerge, and that is what, at first, I observed with 19 of 55 family members having a great affinity for music. After some thought, however, and noting that there was still over half of the members with no affinity, I decided to investigate a second interest-related personality trait, to give the presence of musical individuals a reference point. I decided this trait would best be an affinity for sports, and was extremely surprised to see that the two traits where neck and neck, each totaling 19 members out of 55. After this quite shocking revelation, I decided, to lay the two charts over one another, to see if there were any over lapping members of any social trends. In doing this i noticed that there were in total 13 members with a strict affinity for music, 6 members who had affinities both affinities for music and sports, and 13 members who had an affinity for only music. My discovery revealed that we were definitely a much more well founded family than what I had originally thought.
