Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) are couple of old pals who are old fashioned school friends with no tertiary education, who are really good at what they do, which Is selling products like watches, blenders, etc.
And after years of selling of products they company they work for shutdown, leaving them jobless. Billy’s house gets foreclosed and his longtime girl friend leaves him. Nick starts working for his sister’s boyfriend at a mattress shop and Billy starts searching for jobs online which didn’t require much skills and higher education. After failing to find any attractive jobs he looks for an internship in google. Their interview with google doesn’t turn out that well but they manage themselves to get the internship through a …show more content…

If you do this well, you can quickly build a strong and successful team of people.
As in the movie the google’s intern departments head mr. chetty assigned the intern managers with responsibility of the interns rather than giving them tasks to do.

2: Jobs Titles and Business Cards, Create a feeling between the team that they are all equal and everybody is together in the task will make them work better and motivate them, such as the whole team had a laseez faire type of leadership which made everyone have their own view and work together which led their success in the intern program. Give them titles and spend a little cash on business cards. They’ll have more pride about the company and their work product. As google had services for the employees free of cost such as food, sleeping areas, etc.

3: Reviewing themselves to senior executives, By employees reviewing themselves to senior officials will raise their public speaking skills, their confidence, learn from their mistakes and get helpful feedback from the officials helping them for the future. Billy and Nick united the team by motivating them and inspiring them with their references which created confidence, teamwork and motivation in the team, negotiations were shown twice with billy and nick first when billy wanted to join google and nick didn’t but after a negotiation they dicided to apply for google. And when billy failed the hotline task he left the team and nick after a successful negotiation billy decided to come back to the team and they ended up winning the
