Introduction:-
In the final part of Tele Health project, there are various aspects which we have to focus on. Tele Health services is already working successfully through remote connection, but it needs a server where it can store even large database, and it needs a security system also. Points mentioned below will be covered in this assignment.
(1) Functional Requirements
Investigate mobile & cloud based solution for Tele Health, and investigate a security mechanism, which includes, data security, data ownership, and level of access.
(2) Non functional requirements
Investigate FURPS for the cloud & mobile based solution
Write brief description of the Pros and Cons to approaching the project using the ‘Predictive’ SDLC, then the Pros and Cons to approach the project as ‘Adaptive’ SDLC. Then recommend either Predictive or Adaptive to the SDLC for the project and briefly describe why.

Mobile & cloud based solutions for Tele Health
Tele Health is the teams who is expertise in provide healthcare facilities via remote connection, and reduce the effort of fact to face visit every time. When everything is dependent of telecommunication technology, then it is obvious that it requires a storage area. When you opt for hardware based storage area it has demerits like, it take large physical space, requires mo...

The author’s sources support the conclusion that innovations in health technology will help improve patient care. Using not only Dr. Martin but others who are being trained in the field such as Sean Hayes, a Baylor MB/Healthcare/MSIS candidate, who in the article spoke of how a physician can be patched in by video and do a distance consult, which he saw as cost sharing in rural areas at may not be able to afford

Telehealth is the monitoring via remote exchange of physiological data between a patient at home and health care professionals at hospitals or clinics to assist with diagnosis and treatment. As our society ages and health care costs increase, government and private insurance payers are seeking technological interventions. Technological solutions may provide high quality healthcare services at a distance, utilize professional resources more effectively, and enable elderly and ill patients to remain in their own homes. Patients may experience decreased hospitalization and urgent care settings, and out of home care may not be required as the patient is monitored at home. However, no study has been able to prove telehealth benefits conclusively. This change in health care delivery presents new ethical concerns, and new relationship boundaries between health care professionals, patients, and family members. This paper will discuss telehealth benefits in specific patient populations, costs benefits of using telehealth, and concerns of using telehealth.

Among the main aims of health care reform and improvement is expanding healthcare access to different populations, which have been subjects to underserving for a long period. These include the poor, the previously uncovered, rural societies, and the minorities, to mention just a few. Great challenges definitely lie ahead, since several individuals start seeking access to the primary healthcare clinicians (Arnaert & Delesie, 2001). Telenursing assures to be a crucial tool to meet such needs. It refers to making use of the telehealth technology in conducting nursing practice and delivering nursing care. Because of the quick telemedicine technology adoption within the healthcare institutions, telenursing emerges as a fresh tool that provokes discussions
Improving health is in the best interest of everyone, including non-health professionals. Health managers need to be constantly looking for ways to improve access to health care, the quality of the care, and cost containment. Often, the biggest barriers to accessing healthcare are cost and location. Lower income individuals just do not have the resources to have optimal healthcare, or cannot take the time away from employment to deal with health issues. One potential solution to help with these problems could be “telehealth.”
The next problem related to telemedicine relates to security and private breaches. In order for telemedicine to work properly it requires that sensitive patient information be transferred from location to location that may be quite a dista...

Great discussion post this week. For my research this week I was able to learn some interesting as regards to Telehealth. During my research on Telehealth I learned that it’s another way to provide services that can make it more resourceful to manage ongoing care. According to Silva et al. (2014) Telehealth increases access to healthcare so that: remote patients can have easier access to clinical services, remote hospitals can provide emergency and intensive care services, patients diagnosed and treated earlier often have improved outcomes and less costly treatments, patients experience reduced complications, reduced hospital stays and substantially reduced mortality rates. I noticed that you mentioned that the participants
Telemedicine can include using the diagnostic and imaging equipment to get data from patients. The data can be recorded by the computer software and hardware, and then sent the data from on location to another one thought satellites or communication lines. After the data arrived on the computer of a doctor or expert, he can analyze the data to give some result and sent it back. Indeed, a telemedicine system can be very simple; it will only need a computer to connect to a big medical database which includes Clinical application, medical information management, services and different education. And it also needs some basic equipment which can catch, store transmit, display and process data, picture and sound (Weldon 1997).
Information technology has made important achievements to our world, namely in the medical industry. With the increased use of electronic medical records (EMR), and mobile technologies like tablets and smart phones, making health information available electronically when and where it is needed. physicians and patients are both seeing the benefits that these new medical technologies are bringing. Health information technology provides healthcare providers by accurate and complete information about a patient 's health, which enable the providers to give the best possible care. It provides information to help diagnose health problems sooner, and reduce medical errors. Finally, and not last, HIT provides the secure way to share information with

From state and federal levels, the healthcare industry has come a very long way, experiencing changes along the way. The development of advanced technology that has enhanced the quality of healthcare delivery systems will help all patients to be able to benefit. Doctors are able to access patient records at a faster rate and respond to their patients in a much more timely fashion. E-mail, electronic transfer of records and telemedicine will give all patients and physicians the tools needed to be more efficient, deliver quality care and deliver quality telecommunication at a faster pace than before.
With the help of telehealth and telenursing, overall healthcare costs can be reduced, especially for those patients
