It has been two weeks since my family and I ate at McDonald’s. Recently, my baby sister visited our pediatric doctor, which she stated that my sister was at the borderline of being diabetic. My family and I had a long talk and decided that we’d make a life long change to be healthy and be aware of what we are eating at all times. Americans are unaware of what they are eating, which is the reason for American Obesity. We are deceived into buying products by companies who are veiling information that is needed to protect our health.
