When it comes to Disney, their marketing strategy is truly what helps bring such innovation to the company. It all starts off with brand identity; which with Disney is youthful, magical, fun, and family oriented. Disney 's brand is designed into their famous line "The Happiest Place on Earth." Disney is not focused on themselves; their main focus is on the community and how they view the company. Another main focus behind Disney 's innovation is the stories. It is the stories behind the Disney features or attractions that make Disney so great. People relate to these stories because that is what Walt wanted the stories to do; build a connection. The connection between family and friends has been strengthened through the magical experiences Disney has created. Disney has helped children and adults of all ages explore the countless wonders Disney has to offer. The experiences people encounter at Disney provide children, adults, and families a lifetime full of memories.

Both companies have great success when dealing with innovation. Disney has been a pioneer for an abundance of concepts. In 1929, Disney was the first to release a "fully synchronized" sound cartoons in Steamboat Willie. In 1937, they released the first full-length animation film Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Star Wars, was the first film shot with a motion-control camera in 1977. Pixar has was also a pioneer to a concept. Toy Story, was the first full feature-length computer-animated film. When looking to better your innovative ability, Disney and Pixar are two companies I would research. Both are very successful businesses, who are at the top when it comes to creativity.
