Strategy and Implementation summary

Our marketing strategy puts a lot of emphasis of focusing on the customer and maintaining a dynamic sustainability. This is our main focus. We are a relatively new company and must focus on certain kinds of products to work well with our certain kinds of consumers. Initially, Backyard Brewery will focus on the local market in the remote and previously undiscovered areas of White Lake by our other competitors. We know there is a large market for our products and we are ready to pursue these areas to be successful. The target customers will include key residences of the surrounding White Lake area and later the retail area including key supermarket chains. These customers will order our products and be recommend on behalf of the whole organization. Our aim is to obtain an initial order and fully satisfy the customer from the minute they come to our brewery or buy our products from the supermarket.

Here at Backyard brewery we currently are building our image and awareness. We are doing this through consistency and distinctiveness in our product provision. We intend to focus on delivering quality products that in turn will produce good referrals for Backyard brewery which in time will generate revenue in our future. We intend to always have a relatively heavy personal selling component to our marketing strategy. We intend to always be active in personal relationships with clients and strategic allies and remain aware of their needs and wants. We are also focusing advertising on several key media.

We intend to achieve growth by creating a more enthusiastic customer culture than that of our competitors. We will do this through customer surveys that the customer can submit conveniently online and...

We intend to be involved in the following activities: Community involvement, education, and environment.

As far as involvement in the community we are going to have garbage collection for streets around white lake, and bottle drives to collect money for the lake conservation. Education will be known by supporting local schools and holding bottle drives and recycling programs with the kids in the environmental science classes. We will promote community awareness by offering t shirts and coupons to all involved. All workers of backyard brewery will be encouraged to participate. As far as environmental impact we will always be striving to make a positive impact in this area by doing group lake cleanups programs, and create awareness of alternative and renewable energy programs.
