The company can use social media to demonstrate their commitment to the marketing management philosophy they employ by posting how they are helping the customer’s purchases more durable goods that are worth the money. Social media can be a very good place to post customers reviews and get great customer input. As it can play a great role in connecting the company with its customers and helping it showcase all that it is doing for the society and its customers.
