INTRODUCTION:
Robbins, (1986) defines an organization as a continuously coordinated social unit composed of two or more people that function on a relatively continuous basis to achieve a common goal. An organization is composed of two or more persons may include hospitals, churches, schools, Government Ministries, Trade Unions etc. Cole, (1998) defines organizational behaviour as a systematic study of the behaviour of individuals within work groups, including an analysis of the nature of groups, the development of structures between and within groups, and process of implementing change.
