Here is some great news for you if you want to get in great shape again without spending hours in the local gym with a bunch of over-sized guys half your age: You can do it! The fact is that just because you are a bit older does not mean that you have to resign yourself to a spare tire around your middle and lonely weekends at home.

Of course, you will have to make some changes in your lifestyle in order to achieve this. That doesn 't mean eating rabbit food or anything else so extreme. This is about making smart choices in your daily routine, making conscious choices rather than going along with whatever is happening. Too often, it is easy for men like you to fall into a routine of having a few drinks with coworkers at the end of the day and then eating some high calorie, low nutrition meal before going home and sitting at the computer or television.

Rather than that humdrum routine, wouldn 't you rather have the stamina and energy to get out and enjoy life? Doesn 't the idea of being physically active and dating regularly sound much more fun? If so, then it is time that you make the decision to turn your life around. Remember that this is your life, and your opportunity to live the way you want.

So, if you are ready to get back into good shape, like you were in high school or college, then you need to start making changes. Here are a few things that will really help you to begin:
