Thus literature is an indispensable in our lives today. It used to criticize the lack of awareness and action help us to gradually realize their life style and the progress of human thinking every. She sat out by herself in the dark corner at the end of the street on a long night Christmas 's Eve "bareheaded, barefoot, and hungry”. The death has robbed her go to heaven. When we read to this part, Hans Christian Andersen made for readers feel identify with the fear of the guilty and feel sorry for her completely. Why do we feel fearful? Because the people today is living with the coldness of heart, they are living with the revenue, money, and the fame. And they forget what is human 's love. Through the ' 'The Little Match Girl ' ' we need to implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), BVCSGDTE Law and related documents, there are some issues that need to be interested in the protection of children: Children must have a better life, safe, be meet the basic needs to be nurtured, educated, guided participation in organized activities. Children must live in the environment full of protection and friendly. Other than that, the death of the little girl in the article makes readers feel pity for her. At the same time, this story highlighted, the heart of society has accidentally pushed the poor and disadvantaged, such as "A little Girl" in the sad death. Specifically, we call that is ' ' Racist '‘, the racism between rich and poor , the racism between black and white . Hans Christian Andersen made his story raises unfortunate situation of innocent children being pushed into a corner. Therefore, an author was talk about the issue of social evils in ancient times and remains until now that the circumstances of the poor Little Match as she did not have much choice but misfortune and difficulty. "The Little Match Girl" is a modern fairy tale is very interesting and the author raised the issue very ingenious and clever. Each age group will have a different perspective when reading this story. When the children hear the story would feel sorry for her, but when an older person and have even more knowledge when reading this work will have many more thoughts about it, such as empathy with her misfortune, thought about social problems in that moment, and feel better knowing you are going to heaven with her.
