An imperfect person is made when one believes another is good the way they are, regardless of their flaws. Angelina Jolie is the definition of understanding the imperfect, as she realizes she is not perfect. Angelina Jolie is a phenomenal actress that is not only known for her substantial role in Hollywood. She is also known for her intriguing life with Brad Pitt, the constant criticism she receives about her acting and personal life, and her impact on men and women around the world.
Angelina Jolie led a harsh and testing childhood that was defined by self-harm and doubt. Jolie is the daughter of Jon Voight and Marcheline Bertrand. Jolie was born on June 4, 1975 in Los Angeles California. Her parents divorced when she was just three years old and her mother raised her and her older brother, James Haven, unaided in New York ("Angelina Jolie Biography." Bio.com 1). The family moved to California when Jolie was eleven years old. At this time, Jolie realized her dream of becoming an actress and started her studies at the exceedingly famous Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. (1) While attending Beverly Hills High School, Jolie was continuously teased for wearing glasses and braces. At the age of fourteen, Jolie dropped out of high school, moved in with her boyfriend, and began self-harming ("Angelina Jolie Biography." Angelina com 1). She receives frequent criticism for her intriguing life with Brad Pitt and their children and also for her acting. Most importantly, Jolie has had a profound effect on women and men around the world. Jolie began her phenomenal acting career after landing a role in the HBO film Gia. Jolie met her now fiancé, Brad Pitt on the set of their film, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. The couple has six kids together. Jolie is well known for her charity works around the world and for her strength and courage she portrays in challenging situations. Although Jolie is constantly criticized for her decisions, she should be praised for all of her hard, charitable work that she accomplishes and her help of making the world a better place.
