Alexander the Great was a born around 356 B.C. He was the child of his mother Princess Olympias, and his father King Philip. As a young boy his mother and father began to shape him into being the great leader in which he became. At the age of 14 he was a Macedonian warrior, at the age of 18 he was the ambassador, and at the age of 20 he became King. He became fearless, smart, and very powerful as he conquered different kingdoms throughout his life time. Many people say his intelligence came from his mother Princess Olympias and his mentor Aristotle. The fearless and powerful side of him of course came from his father King Philip. He was relentless and the only undefeated King to conquer. He started this dynasty by strengthening his own empire and forming unity within The Macedonian Empire, The Persian Empire, and India. He kept control over his conquered land and later began to expand his entire empire by sweeping through regions, countries, and cities with his troops. He eventually conquered most of the Greek city states, Persia, which is now Pakistan, parts of India and Afghanistan, and Turkey, which is now Iran. He also conquered Syria, Egypt, and the Asian Minor. He was smart enough not to forget about his conquered territories. He kept them happy and ensured his accession to the Persian throne and expansion of the empire. He was a master persuader and with this skill he persuaded his men to continue fighting after he defeated Darius. He definitely deserves to be called Alexander the Great because he was smart enough to do what no others have done. He expanded and unified different empires and made sure that they knew he was there for them. Sadly he died in 323 B.C from an unknown cause.
