Learning is very important thing in our life. Every day person learns new thing till whole life. Person can’t stop the learning. Everyone start learning from childhood. for example, When the baby born they learn about suck, eat, crawl and walk, and then they develop into children and their bodies ready to learn more than one thinking it includes the all personality, senses, feelings and values. A.K., Whiren, AP. (2004). The VARK learning Styles tells that everyone has a different personality to learn. VARK divided a learning style with the different kind such as Visual, Aural, Read/write and kinesthetic and the mixture. Person can learn easily if the individual has a learning style. So learning is important for the student as well as the teacher. Teacher can provide best learning if she/he knows the student learning style. Teacher must need to ask the student before the teaching. For Example, Seema learning way with the auditory if the teacher tech her with the diagram nothing with explanation, so Seema can’t learn easily what the teacher wants. Because with the diagram Seema need verbally explanation and she can understand best verbally rather than show the picture. So everyone has a different style for learning. It is important for teacher they need to know the strength and weakness to the learner. It will be big help for learner and the teacher. If learner doesn’t know student learning style so they can lose self-esteem and strength. Understanding and good learner can set the goal and achieve the good out come through the learning process from the teacher.
