Each individual has different learning mode and preference. By knowing the learning style helps the student to understand better and improve their grades. To identify the learning strategies, Fleming designed the VARK questionnaire to way help the users to understand their learning style. VARK tool created for students to use for their studying habits to improve their study time and receive better grades. Basically it has sixteen questions which generate the closet learning style. These questions need to be answered truly and correctly to recognize learning style. This paper will identify the learning style based on VARK questionnaire and will compare with own preferred learning strategies and their influence on teaching and learning process.
VARK has four types learning styles which include visual, aural, read or write and kinesthetic strategies. Each strategy has great input and learning package to understand the concept well and learning methods. After doing the VARK questionnaire, the summary of results indicates that the author has multimodal strategies. The author has visual score of 5, aural 2, read or write 5, and Kinesthetic 4. Based on the information, Multimodal strategies explain that the author has all four combinations of learning style which means that same material needed to present in several different modes. Many researchers have evaluated the learning strategies based on research and mostly they have found that 79% students preference was multimodal (Prithishkumar & Michael, 2014).

Recommendations were to provide to educators to have students design their own learning style to learn effectively and better in their educational programs.
In conclusion, each individual has their own learning styles; however, VARK questionnaire tool recognized their own learning style to improve their educations. The four strategies of learning style have been explained well through VARK website to understand the information and learning tips. Based on the VARK questionnaire, many medical groups of study results showed that each student has their own learning style to improve their educations; however, lecturer should also encourage their students to learn better by using their own learning preference.
