The accommodate learning style appears to be very straight forward, but as any other learning method, it has its strengths and weakness. On one side, people that are part of this learning group generally use previous experiences and enjoy being very active by performing many tests and experiments. People that are part of this group tend to solve issues eliminating errors by tentative. Since evaluation and hands-on are a great part of the learning method, people in this group are inclined to be very active in planning and look forward to new challenges. On the other side, people that are part of this leaning group, due to its hands-on approach tend to perform more on instincts which sacrifices a more careful analysis of the subject at hand. Additionally, people identified with the accommodative learning style prefer to improvise a solution for the issue instead of studying different options that may be presented.

...earning power. For example, I understand that it would be more beneficial if I spend more time analyzing the issue and the options presented before making a decision. This approach will eliminate many improvised answers and it would take care of the problem in a long term instead of just as a temporary solution. There are many other factors, not just for the accommodative style, for improving one’s learning abilities that are very important and always have to be taken in consideration.
Generally, people that are part of the accommodative learning style relish on taking new and difficult experiments and I am not an exception. I enjoy being part of new challenges because, in my opinion a person is always learning. This process is what makes one grow intellectually and become complete not just in the work and disciplinary environment, but in our personal lives as well.
