Having a donut waist can make you feel tired, lazy and uncomfortable in your own skin. We are all in need of exercise. Now is the best time to get started at living and being healthy, so we may enjoy the health and psychological benefits the rest of our lives. No one will argue that exercise is harmful. Many agree exercise is beneficial for the mind body and soul. However many of us do not exercise. If you don’t exercise, how can more people become persuaded to get up and get out and get some exercise?

Warning! A lack of exercise can cause of poor health. A U.S. Department of Health of Health & Human Sciences article written by Rand Gardner says, “Even if you have a lifetime of unhealthy habits taking action now can have a positive effect on your overall health.”Heart disease is the leading cause of death, due to inactivity. For example, clogged arteries and veins are a result of inactivity. Also, excess fat caused by inactivity leads to a higher incidence of heart disease. ********************************************* check point*********

Lack of exercise causes many health problems. One of the major problems caused by a lack of exercise is fatigue. Ever felt like you can’t get enough sleep? Sleep deprivation stress the immune system leading to psychological problems of irritability. Eventually, the problem leads to inactivity of exercise causing obesity amongst Americans who are not taking health serious causing heart problems.

Fatigue weakens the immune system, leaving you unable to perform daily activities. o Obesity screening for adults and high-intensity diet and exercise counseling for the obese.

o Depression screening for adults.

o Hearing-impairment screening for adults 65 and over.

Preventive measures allow you to have a conversation with your health provider about your health. So the next Dr visit should be about you taking action for a healthier mind, body and soul.
