A company’s performance is a lot more dependent on the people who are working in the company and the most important members is the leader. The presence of a strong and effective leadership in the information generation imposes great accountabilities to the company’s team and management networks, which serves as a critical element of organizational success (Thinking made easy, 2009). Leaders should set a path to reach the goal, so that the employees gets to follow them and get motivated. A leader should be able to identify the success provided by the employees and all the deserving emplyees should be rewarded accordingly.

Motivation is another important part of leadership which is the interaction between the individual and the situation. A leader should make sure that the employees are motivated. An unsatisfied need creates tension in employees which might affect their performance. Motivation, which will act as a need-satisfying process, lead to the reduction of tension and improve performance (Thinking made easy, 2009).

To be an efficient leader, an individual should have encompassed the attitude and behaviour based on the leadership contexts. An effective leader should consider the voice of his subordinates to have as successful outcome. Also, an effective leader should enable his or her people to express what they feel or how they feel to build a strong relationship. In order to aaccomplish this, the leader should consider empowerment. Satisfaction of employees can be improved by empowerment. It also allows the employees to voice out their suggestions in any project to come up with a better solution. It will aslo help employees to have self-confidence in making decision in the future and create good and harmonious...

Strategic location of Dubai proved crucial and soon services to India followed, which laid the foundation to contruct a huge network. This shows his risk taking ability and a strong achievement approach. This also shows his entrepreneurial charateristic and quick decision making skills when oppurtunities arise.

Emirates leader is also known for his authority and persistance qualities as he made important arguments when he associated the benefit of limited-liability construct to situations like corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the beliefs of a corporate society. They are able to manage the diverse culture of the workforce in the company. They are also able to manage culturally diverse customers who they face everyday (Thinking made easy, 2009).
