“Leadership Personal Stand”

My collective effort with members of the profession is required to maintain and enhance the traditions of the profession in accordance with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ...

...ortant role in my life. Her support to my vision is very important especially during the first 10 year of practicing as a CPA; considering the long hours at work and frequent travels. I have never thought about writing a vision statement before and thanks to Professor Tarter for the great initiative. I find it very valuable and writing this paper gives me a clearer picture of what I want to achieve and will leave the rest for history to judge. I would like to reiterate my stance that, I cannot do it alone and there is a lot of dynamics involved in this process. Therefore, the participation of all and sundry is very important to my leadership personal stand. My advice to my peers writing their personal leadership stands would be; there is no clear-cut to success. “The road to success is always under construction.” ― Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free
