In conclusion, communication is not easily defined and the skills needed to become an effective communicator are not easily obtained. By reading academic literature and popular texts consulted for this paper I can see that the research has really just begun into forming new leadership proficiencies. Seeing the research to extend beyond on upper management and formal leaders will be a new precedent in talent and leadership building. I am looking forward to building on to my leadership style with trusted and value added communication.
