The Lawful knowledge is recognized as a guide in providing people with basic knowledge regarding the ethical code and what is right or wrong to the society as a whole. The Corporations Law gives us a deep understanding with regard to how to establish, operate a business accordingly, rather importantly, it states that the duty of reasonable businessperson is to comply with those rules and regulations provided by the Corporations Act. In this reflection, there are a few issues that I would like to discuss:
➢ First, in terms of the strategies of learning, I believe that pre-reading and workshop activities are fundamental,

It is generally believed that the Corporations Law tends to be complicated, and difficult to immerse ourselves in the learning routine. What I would like to point out is that, however, the way our lecturer delivers the knowledge is marvelous, every student in the workshop appears to relish the participation. I surely admire her on especially two grounds:
1. On one hand, she seems to be familiar with everybody (like a supercomputer), she is able to even distinguish people with only hearing their voices (what a brilliant person).
2. On the other hand, she teaches us with enthusiasm and creativity. It is inevitable to note that the majority of Asian students, especially Chinese students who tend to be shy, are less likely to be active during the workshop, while the reverse is true, in this workshop, the majority of my classmates are endeavoring to answer questions without hesitation, and I believe that no one would probably participate in the workshop positively without the motivation provided by Simone.
Therefore, after the passive learning it is highly likely that we are able to acquire a deep understanding regarding the delivered topics. This will in a way enrish the performance of the oral presentation later
