Therefore, if you take the test too early, when your hormone levels are not yet very high, the test may come back negative. So if you really want to know if you are pregnant as early as possible, use a brand with high sensitivity levels and follow instructions to ensure accuracy of results. This includes using your urine sample first thing in the morning, when it is most concentrated. Try to learn using the test kit and reading the results after the recommended time. Look for the control line, which you will use to compare your results to make the test valid. Give it time to complete the reaction (about 5-10 minutes) before reading and discarding the kit.
