What makes someone with law Vision have a laser eye surgery?. "Laser eye surgery" or "Lasik" or "laser corneal sculpting" it’s a revolutionary mutation in the field of medicine. Thanks to Lasik people have no more to wear their glasses or lenses. In this operation the surgeon uses a specific kind of laser to reshape the cornea. Although there is a very small ratio for the mistake or the Failure of this kind of surgery, but it is a very effective way to treat the deficiency of the sight. This is done to correct myopia (short-sightedness), hypermetropia (long sightedness) and astigmatism (un curvature of the eye`s surface).
The first reason for Lasik being so effective is that in case of being operated by a perfect surgeon, the surgery is too save and easy for several reasons. Firstly, the kind of laser used in this operation called "excimer laser” dose not burn the tissue. But, this type is used to vaporize small amount of cornea which is a transparent tissue that covers the front of the eye .The second reason is that the patient will not feel with any p...
