Scientology Case Study

A final large theme throughout the book was Scientology’s lack of the use of internet and outside education. Young kids who entered or grew up in the church were more than often taken out of school and put in positions to work long hours for the church. If you were to attend school you would be going to a private school where Scientology was the main backbone of the teachings. Many of these kids as adults were ill prepared for the real world and then found themselves stuck within the church because they couldn’t find a job elsewhere.
