Everyone on this earth was either born or has learned to judge another person. In today’s society we are constantly complaining, murmuring and gossiping about what we think is normal or even unmoral. We as human beings find it very hard to think of a problem in someone else’s eyes before we start to criticize them. There are many things we judge a person on, but what makes us capable to judge them? Why should we get to decided what a perfect individual looks like? Or what makes us qualified to judge someone on their happiness? Why should we get to decide who gets to be together, if someone what’s to be happy, what stops us from letting them be? Homosexuality is right in its own way, and should be considered socially acceptable around the world.

In Deuteronomy 21: 18-21 it says that “If someone has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey his father and mother, who does not heed them when they discipline him, then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of the town at the gate of the places. They shall say to the elders “This son of ours is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey us. He is a glutton and a drunkard.” Then all the men of the town shall stone him to death. Or even in Exodus 35:2 when it says “six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day you shall have a holy Sabbath of solemn rest to the Lord; whoever does any work shall be put to death”? If all these Christians say they follow the word of God, aren’t they contradicting themselves by not following everything God says? These people are choosing to only read the part that they believe makes it okay to hate the people who are different from
