A word “Homosexual” have always been there from the beginning but it was hidden somewhere due to the lack of person’s knowledge in old era, for example we still have some ancient mythologies of 18th century where in the abstract we could clearly see a homosexual conductance. It’s been hyped and disclosed by the media and then it spread later on. But even in today’s fast world there are also few people who feel ashamed of claiming there selves a homosexual because they think it’s something inappropriate, but research has proven this kind of feeling could also change their interests into a normal straight person. There are several debates on this topic and everyone has their own opinion.
In each debate the question always raises up by people is, “is homosexuality a choice or is it in person’s genetics!” However this argument is not completely clarified, but most of people think it’s a choice and due to

However it’s really weird to accept the truth because it makes no sense that how could a person adopts a different sexual habits. That’s why psychiatrist also calls it a “mental illness” but like every other illness this one could also be cured by special treatment if it’s not really severe. This illness is caused by excess of X-linked genes by the fluid of mother or the veins of child connected to his mother through the belly button.
In conclusion I want to share my personal experiences. I have many homosexual friends and hope everyone has them. One of my cousin got married to a guy who was homosexual but wasn’t disclosed to others. After the marriage she figured out that the guy was gay. But my cousin helped him to overcome this disorder and then she got to knew that it wasn’t the guys fault he was always been ignored by his family but now by the grace of God he’s completely fine and they also have a two
"My own experience taught me much about 'choice ' in sexual orientation. I knew I was 'different ' at age 13, despite growing up in the relentlessly heterosexual America of the 1940s." This quote is from Patricia Nell Warren, she knew she was gay since she was 13 years old, however, instead of coming out she was forced to hind who she was. She ended up getting married at the age of 18 and remained married for 16 years, denying her inner reality. She even attempted therapy to rid herself for her
Is Homosexuality a Choice? Homo is defined in the Webster’s dictionary as a combining one and the same, common, joint. Sexuality is defined as the quality or state of being distinguished by sex. These two terms combined (homo-sexuality) means of, relating to, or characterized by a tendency to direct sexual desire toward another of the same sex. “The Kinsey study of 1948, which homosexuals often cite to say that 10% of the population is homosexual, actually says that only 4% of the population is EXCLUSIVELY
Many people now believe the reporting of many popular newspapers and magazines report of the "discovery" of a link between a certain gene and homosexuality, but hasn't it been considered a choice for such a long time? Is homosexuality a choice rather than genetic? To answer this question we'll start off by revealing some myths of homosexuality. The next part will explain the difference between a behavioral trait and a genetic trait. Finally I'll end be unveiling the truth behind the "homosexual gene
Homosexuality: Personal Choice or Act of God? "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, not thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortionists will inherit the kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10) Homosexuality has been around as long for as there is recorded history. Through the years, however, the opinions towards homosexuality have
Is homosexuality considered a choice to have or not? Homosexuality is something someone is born with. Someone can not just choose whether they are straight, bisexual, pansexual, or homosexual. People sometimes want to be one, but they end up being the other, which is not their choice. People go through life thinking being a homosexual is considered a choice and for attention, but that isn’t at all what people do that for. In “Is Homosexuality a Choice?” the article states: “Supporting gay marriage
Paper: Homosexuality is Natural In just the last 50 years, gay marriage and more specifically, homosexuality, has made great strides in social reform. For example, as of May 2014, 18 states in the United States have legalized same-sex marriage with some other states allowing same-sex unions. The main issue during these last 50 years is the debate between fundamentalists and scientists who argue the controversial debate of nature vs. nurture. Some fundamentalists argue that homosexuality is a lifestyle
when homosexuality was classified as a psychological disorder. Like any illness, a
of Europe have declared homosexuality a sexual perversion that ran counter to the will of God1. Those found guilty of homosexuality were either executed or given prison sentences2. The end of the 19th century marks a change in status for homosexuality within Europe, from ‘sexual perversion’ to a recognised ‘psychological illness’3. Based on this premise, efforts to design conversion therapies begin. Homosexuality remains illegal. Convicted homosexuals are offered a choice between serving a prison
For years homosexuality in the United States of America has been looked down upon by citizens, religions, and even politicians. The homosexual culture, or the LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender), has been demoralized and stuck out and lashed against by the Heterosexual community time and time again. To better understand the LGBT community we must first grasp the concept of Sexual Orientation. Sexual orientation is a term used to describe a person’s physical, sexual, and romantic attraction to
same sex. Homosexuality is ethical, and I will provide rational arguments for, and irrational arguments against the topic. A few objections are as follows: It is forbidden in the Bible and frowned upon by God; It is unnatural; Men and women are needed to reproduce; There are no known examples in nature; and the most common argument that concerns homosexuality is whether it is a choice or human biology. My arguments will be ignoring a major element in factoring the morality of homosexuality, the law
According to Jeffrey Satinover, MD, there is no evidence that shows homosexuality is genetic. Stating “homosexuality may run in families but you get viruses from your parents too, and some bad habits…” (Top 10 Pros). Brian S. Mustanski, PhD, agrees that though there may be no ‘gay’ gene, multiple genes potentially interacting with the environment could explain sexual orientation. Ex- gays are living proof that homosexuality is not fixed permanently. Therefore, for someone to be born gay, obviously
definition is quite broad and one does not necessarily have to engage sexually to fit the description. Adding to the broad definition of homosexuality it is also defined by society and religion. In conservative community’s homosexuals do not express themselves freely because they fear they might be rejected, isolated or even victimised. Many people frown upon homosexuality viewing it as “abnormal.” The fact that one does not like someone of the opposite sex is problematised and in the religious context
Homosexuality is a product of biology because according to research, the hormones of the females are stronger. Dr. Hamer states that sexual orientation, male homosexuality is genetically influenced. This is passed down through their mothers to the hormone of their offspring. Sexual identity is wired into the genes, which discounts the concept that homosexuality and transgender sexuality are a choice. Since sexual differentiation occurs within the womb, as a result of hormonal influences, it has been
and punishable by death in 13 countries. Homosexuality should be legal everywhere because it's not a choice and they shouldn't be punished for walking down the street with their loved one. Homosexual couples help adopt kids because they can't create kids of their own. The amount of open homosexuals is growing and will outnumber the amount of heterosexuals, which would cause a decrease in population. Homosexuality should be legal because it isn't a choice, denying someone the right to be homosexual
One of the most disputable issues among society nowadays is homosexuality. Is it sin and genetic virus that we have to prevent or just personal choice and a right to be different. But on the other hand it is also unnatural genetic mistake that should be prevented in order not to spoil the whole humankind. The other factor that can not be ignored is religion that claims homosexuality to be one of the unforgivable sins ever and prohibit such transgenics to exist within society, but does religion imply
