According to The American Heritage Desk dictionary and thesaurus, William Shakespeare was a creative (characterized by originality; imaginative) actor and writer during his time (Kleinedler 178). Shakespeare is a well-known dramatist and author. He has influenced many and paved the way for a lot of writers today. I intend to describe the creative, classical works of William Shakespeare and his road to success.
No one is for sure when Shakespeare was born. His birth date is estimated by the day he was baptized. Since his baptism date was April 26, 1564, William is believed to have been born on April 23, 1564. His birth place was Stratford-upon-Avon where he attended Holy Trinity Church (William Shakespeare bio). This aspiring writer attended a grammar school in Stratford, which was called King’s New School, at age eleven. He studied theatre and acting, even Latin literature and history (William Shakespeare).
He was eighteen years old when he married Anne Hatheway, who was twenty-six years old. She was married before they were married. Their first born’s name was name was Susanna, who was born on May 26, 1583. Later, Anne gave birth to twins Hamnet and Judith on February 2, 1585. Hamnet died at age eleven due to unknown causes. Shakespeare was not around his family much after he started pursuing his acting and writing career (William Shakespeare bio).
At the beginning of Shakespeare’s theatrical journey, he was doubted and criticized. According to London playwright Robert Greene, “There is an upset crow, beautified with our feathers, that with his Tiger’s heart wrapped in a player’s hide, supposes he is as well able to bombast out a blank verse as the best of you: and being an absolute Johannes factotum, is in his own conceit th...

...ly imagine how much he himself is worth (Most Expensive Autograph). He was respected man who made something out of himself. Many see him as a positive person, who did what he loved.
William’s creativity and class had shown through his plays and novels. There are many foundations and organizations under his name. Shakespeare played and still plays a big part in the theatrical arts.
