Interpersonal refers to the interaction between two or more people. There aren’t many business settings that come to mind where people work alone, therefore these life skills have a great impact in the professional world; specifically how we communicate and interact with other people. These skills may also be referred to as human skills or soft skills. Skills of these nature, such as work ethic and manners, are often either self-taught or self-developed. On the other hand hard skills can be developed through studying and training.
