In this life, humans have been trying and working hard to get developed to reach the highest level of living and make life easier. This hard work of people could not have been done without learning. Through learning everything would be easier even if things need more effort. Now, technology has played an important role in making learning easier for many fields in life. In fact, most of the time humans spend is for learning. It could be said that we are created to learn. The study of instructional design built to help people learn in a more comfortable way. The professionals of instructional design and technology have been working hard in order to improve learning and performance of learning and education and in business.
The specialty of Educational technology is really a big field and broad that much effort is put to enhance not only instructors and students, but it also helps any other field that aims to enhance the performance of its learners such as factories or corporations of business. In| many fields, all members can approach and achieve their objectives by good learning of how to perform well. So, learning is the tool and the key to the success in several specialties. The field of instructional design and technology came up with many concepts and principles that help teachers and learners achieve their goals and enhance the performance of learning. Generally speaking, Professionals have been creating many different theories of learning, however, learning does not stop at one theory. With the new technology, there is a lot to learn and perform. Designers cannot easily focus on certain theories of learning as changes occur everyday in technology and learning environment. In this research, more focus is going to be on the fi...

...ing experience. As the learner and the designer know where to start from, they have to think more of the result and out come of the learning experience of the instruction. So there is a relationship between the two variables to make sure where to start and reach the outcome. Variable C interacts with them, as it is located in the middle of the Variables A and C to get rid of the gap between A and C by providing catalysts and motivations. In the triangle Variable D is located above of all other variables to visualize all of them to make sure all the activities of the other variables are effective, efficient and appeal. In each variable, there is a need for evaluation. Thus, the relationship between all of the variables is really there.
This model is a crucial tool for instructional design to help practice and learn in order to reach proficiency and maximize learning.
b) – I will design my instruction by providing multiple means of representation, providing multiple means for action and expression, and by using recognition and strategic network.

Every year, education majors across the U.S. face a barrage of learning theories and models in their education courses. Professors waste no time in introducing them to Pavlov and his dogs, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Maslow’s Hierarchy, Piaget, Skinner, Gagne, Bruner and more (Marsh, McFadden, and Price, n.d.). From the work of these great men come such learning theories as behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism, three paradigms that have shaped our current educational system. The next generation of teachers creates countless practice lesson plans based around these theories. Unfortunately, there is a wide divide between the psychology of how humans learn and the constraints of an American classroom. The SUCCEED instructional design model attempts to marry prominent learning theory with the realities of the classroom to create a model that is both fundamentally sound and realistic.
In chapter four the focus switches away from assistive technology supporting students in one content area and focuses on the teaching profession and how assistive technology can assist teachers to employ a universal design for learning. The Universal Design for Learning (UDL) promote learning that best for the student and promoting students a variety of methods to express their knowledge.
“The depth and complexity of the content, process, and product are enhanced by the knowledge, skill, passion area, and motivation developed by the learner (Betts & Kercher, 2009, p. 99).
In this paper I’m going to write a reflection about EDIT 6110 - Advanced Instructional Design course I just completed. For the past eight weeks, I have taken the instructional training on how to create a successful blog, we created in our previous course and use the outline that my team of students developed, and I revised it to better suit the diverse group of students who volunteer to participate in the implementation. I had the privilege and opportunity of seeing teachers benefit and learn a new tool from my design, and the frustration of seeing technical challenges during and after implementation.

In conclusion, the instructional design and the systematic design process have enabled people who are away from information to access it through the internet in the virtual drives. These ability to learn from a distance commonly known as electronic learning has enabled a huge number of individuals to gain great knowledge that they would otherwise have not achieved. The instructional design and systematic design have made the access of information easier for everybody who has access to tools that help the access the internet.
Instructional Design is a systematic approach to design, evaluation and management of instruction. It helps to facilitate learning in an effort to improve. There are many models that have been developed to assist in the design of instructional materials. This paper will compare three: ADDIE, ASSURE and Kemp with a focus on online learning.
Universal Design for Learning is organized into three general principles that have been broken down into considerable detail as part of the Universal Design Learning Guidelines developed by CAST. The principles of UDL are designed to provide multiple means of representation, action and expression, and engagement (CAST, 2011). Multiple means of representation includes varying the ways that information is presented to students along with providing necessary su...
The style provides the ability for the learner to first see what they are expected to learn. This step engages a visual learner and opens their minds to the learning experience. In addition to using visual aids, educators should use colors, check lists, and provide an environment conducive for drawing out ideas in order to connect concepts visually. Finally, educators should avoid answering questions directly. Instead, questions should be answered through a collaboration and subsequent joint discovery (Fatt,
Gagné’s approach to instructional design is considered a seminal model that has influenced many other design approaches and particularly the Dick & Carey systems approach. Gagné proposed that events of learning and categories of learning outcomes together provide a framework for an account of learning conditions. The diagram below, from the third edition of The Conditions of Learning (Gagné, 1977), illustrates his vision of how the events of learning impact the conditions learning, which ultimately result in the learning outcomes, or learning capabilities.
This instructional model is one of the popular models used in developing instructional design. It consists of nine phases where one phase has to be complete before the next. It follows a linear style of execution. The nine phases are: Identification of instructional goal, Conduct an instructional analysis, Identify learners’ characteristics, Identify performance objective, Create assessment tool, Create instructional strategy, Develop instruction and Creative formative evaluation.
Analysis is a difficult process for the instructional designer. It involves many hours of research and interviewing to improve the skills of the participants to determine course expectations for them. The purpose of the analysis process is to discover as much as one can regarding the following aspects:
Technology, as we all know, is helping and improving many disciplines of life. Technology, in Britannica Encyclopedia, is defined as the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life. (Britannica, 2009)
