However, individuals and organizations use the terms interchangeably regardless of the differences in their meanings and stage of the improvement process in which they are significant. Innovation and creativity should not be defined collectively as the article states, rather they should be defined separately because are independent of each other. Creativity may be regarded a standalone process because it incorporates all the levels such as idea discovery, creation and invention, which are enough to provide a complete improvement process.
